Handling Issues
The most frequent reconstitution and handling problems — what they mean and how to handle them safely.
Likely causes
- Powder added too fast / shaken too aggressively
- Contaminated stopper (skipped alcohol swab)
- Vial frozen after reconstitution
- Peptide degradation from heat exposure
What to do
Discard the vial. Reconstituted solutions must be clear. If you suspect contamination, do not attempt to use it.
